I have been unsuccessful in adding my Sam’s Credit Card for two weeks. I keep getting a FDP102 error. I called Quicken and they said it was a problem with my Windows based computer. They wanted to charge me $130 to fix the issue. I told them I have the same issue when using it with my iPad. I found the phone support from Quicken very sketchy. Now I’m trying this community to find out what the real problem is with adding my Sam’s Credit Card.
