Register duplicating entries when changing Reconciliation Type

The last straw

I've had this problem for awhile now. When reconciling an account, I click on the Clr column to change the reconciliation type from c to R. After changing 15 or 20 entries, a line item will be duplicated exactly and take the place of the original entry. The duplicated entry calculates the balance using the duplicated amount and the original entry is gone. I have to close the program and restart in order to see the original entry at which time the duplicate is gone. I am sick and tired of to reconcile the same month because of this glitch. Something is wrong with this program and since my subscription is coming to an end this month, I figure it's a good time to jump ship if this cannot be resolved.
