Simplify - Ally Bank no longer connecting (request-body-field-unsupported)

The Ally Bank connection stopped working yesterday. I have validated my login credentials directly on the Ally site with success. See attached image from your Simplifi application

    Hello @mint_to_,

    Thanks for reaching out! From our side, I see that you have been receiving the FDP-103 error that we currently have an alert for with Allybank.

    The error you are seeing in the product is most likely a result of this error. I would try connecting again, and if you receive an FDP-103 error, be sure to follow the alert I linked for updates.

  • Any updates on the issue with Ally banking? Because it's banking, this issue significantly impacts my income tracking and spending within Simplifi, making the subscription all but useless.

    Hello @hokiebob444,

    Thanks for reaching out! The issue with Allybank is still ongoing at this time. We do not have an ETA, but we will be sure to post back on the alert I shared previously when an update or resolution becomes available.

    In the meantime, you can track the account manually by adding manual transactions, which will keep your records up-to-date. Here are the steps to do so: Managing Transactions in Quicken Simplifi | Quicken Simplifi Help Center
