New Chase CC Transactions Not Showing Up on Simplifi
I apologize in advance if this is a known issue.
I use Simplifi on my Mac and have had two bank accounts and two credit cards from Chase downloading transactions successfully. I have a new Chase credit card and went through the process to add it to Simplifi with no errors. Chase shows the account as linked to Quicken, however I am not getting any of the transactions on Simplifi.
Thank you.

Hello @Ramin,
Thank you for reaching out! To help troubleshoot, please provide more information. Are the transactions that haven't downloaded into Quicken Simplifi showing as pending or posted on Chase's website?
If the transactions are showing as posted on Chase's website, so that we can further investigate the issue, please provide the payee name, date, and amount of the missing transactions (the more examples you provide, the better). Please also send logs. To do that, follow these steps:
- Log into the Quicken Simplifi Web App.
- Select Profile from the left-hand navigation bar.
- With the Profile menu open, hold down the Option key for Mac or the Alt key for Windows, and then click Send Feedback.
- Leave all boxes checked, add a brief description of the issue, and then click Send.
I look forward to your reply!

Hi Coach!
I sent the logs just now.
All transactions on the new card are pending, but I see from my other Chase cards that pending transactions show up on Simplifi.
Examples:
Sept18/Southwest Airlines/$537.94
Sep19/Marshalls/$23
Sep 19/ONISIS/$46.76
Thank you!

@Ramin, thank you for the reply!
Based on your description, the issue could be caused by the account being new with the bank. Let's have you establish a completely fresh connection with Chase in Quicken Simplifi, and gain a new access token, to see if doing so forces transactions to download into the new credit card account. Here are the steps to do so:
- Navigate to the bank's website, sign in, and remove Quicken's access from the bank's third-party linked apps.
- Navigate back to Quicken Simplifi and make all of your Chase accounts manual by following the steps here.
- Once you see the accounts listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
- Carefully link the accounts found to your existing Quicken Simplifi accounts by following the steps here.
I noticed you mentioned the missing transactions are pending as well. If the above steps don't resolve the issue, we would next want to wait until the transactions clear to see if they download then, as this will give us a clearer picture of what's occurring.
Let us know how things go!
