Can't connect to second CD at E*Trade Bank

Hello. I was able to connect to one of my CD's at E*Trade bank, but Simplifi isn't finding the other one. I've tried adding the account multiple times over two weeks, and it's a no go. Any ideas what I can do?

Thanks for reaching out! To clarify your situation just a bit, are you rerouted to a different website or URL when you are selecting the missing account’s details at the bank's website? Has there been activity in the account within the last 90 days? Do you own the account, or is it under someone else?
