Hello. This happened earlier this year and was resolved by adding the account via desktop browser. However, the account was having problems, so when I attempt to re-add it, I am getting fdp-101. This occurs after MFA.

I've removed the account from my list and started from the beginning with the same issue.

Thanks for reaching out! I can see from our side that you are receiving an FDP-101 error with this bank. This error generally indicates we are unable to connect to your bank due to either the selected bank throttling connection traffic, the bank’s website, the URL used to connect being unavailable, or the selected bank performing maintenance on its servers. While you may be able to log into your bank’s website successfully, you’ll still receive this error due to Quicken Simplifi connecting to a different server.

I can see that you have been experiencing this error for more than 48 hours as well. Can you please clarify whether you are trying to update an existing account within Quicken Simplifi, or trying to add/re-add the account into Quicken Simplifi? I know you stated you removed it and started over again, but I would like to be sure for troubleshooting.

In the case of the former, I would have you try establishing a fresh connection by making the account manual and re-linking to see if that fixes the current issue. The instructions to do that are:

• Make all of the accounts with the bank manual by following the steps here.
• Once you see the account(s) listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
• If the connection is successful, carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here.

Hello, sorry fir the late reply. I had initially moved the accounts to manual. This did not help. So I removed all the SCCU accounts completely and was able to readd them.

I do need to add my wife's SCCU accounts to simplifi, and she has different credentials.

Thanks for the reply! I am glad you were able to get your accounts added successfully. When trying to add your wife's accounts, do you receive the same error, or what specifically is occurring?
