There is currently not a banner for Nationwide 401k showing it under investigation. There hasn't been for a while now. I'm still unable to re-add it as a new account. Haven't been able to get updates for this account for over 4 months now.
I see a new issue was added recently
Most recently, I'm getting FDP-155 errors when trying to add the account.
I understand things change and take time to fix especially when integrating with 3rd parties, but we buy and subscribe to products based on functionality available at the time and when something breaks for an excessively long period of time it's hard to want to continue to pay.
Getting pretty frustrated and considering alternative products at this point.
