Nationwide 401k unavailable for over 4 months

There is currently not a banner for Nationwide 401k showing it under investigation. There hasn't been for a while now. I'm still unable to re-add it as a new account. Haven't been able to get updates for this account for over 4 months now.

I see a new issue was added recently


Most recently, I'm getting FDP-155 errors when trying to add the account.

I understand things change and take time to fix especially when integrating with 3rd parties, but we buy and subscribe to products based on functionality available at the time and when something breaks for an excessively long period of time it's hard to want to continue to pay.

Getting pretty frustrated and considering alternative products at this point.

    @Impending6705 & @fAzhA, thank you for sharing your feedback with the Community! We definitely understand how frustrating online banking issues can be.

    For the Alert linked above, we don't have any further updates to provide at this time. As soon as we have any news to share, it will be posted to the Alert, so please be sure to follow along there for updates.

    For the FDP-155 error specifically, this indicates that the bank is temporarily or permanently blocking connection traffic and is likely tied to the ongoing issue that the Alert is for. For this error, I would also recommend following the Alert for updates.

    In the meantime, you can track the account manually to keep your records up to date. Since it sounds like the account is an Investment Account, you would first need to disconnect it from the bank so it is "manual"; this will allow you to add and edit holdings:  https://support.simplifi.quicken.com/en/articles/5321064-how-to-make-an-account-manual#h_d9c41566d8
