[ONGOING] 10/13/25: Fidelity HSA Accounts - No Transactions
We’ve identified an ongoing issue with Fidelity HSA accounts: Fidelity does not send transaction descriptions for these accounts. Because a transaction description is a required field, these transactions cannot be processed through the Intuit platform. As a result:
- No transactions will be sent for Fidelity HSA accounts going forward.
- Cash balances will no longer update automatically.
- Users will need to update their cash balances manually.

This Alert is still listed as ongoing. Fidelity is still not sending transaction descriptions for these accounts. The information listed in the opening comment of this alert will still apply going forward for this issue.
