FDP-101 error with Insperity (edited)

After trying multiple times and failing to add my Insperity retirement account I eventually found my way to the list of unsupported banks on the community site and saw that Insperity was included.

I'm frustrated that there are three different results that pop up in the 'Search all financial institutions' results when it's clearly known internally that Insperity isn't supported.

It seems like it would be a much better user experience to either not return those results from the search, or return them but have a clear message when a user clicks on them that the bank is not currently supported.

Not to get greedy here, but what would be really great is if Simplifi would just support adding Insperity accounts 🙂

Wow, it's been so long since that message that I had forgotten it existed. I wonder if this list is out of date.

@SRC54 You may be right, my best buy store card has been supported but is listed as unsupported, unless that specifically refers to reward points

Thanks for reaching out! From our research, it appears that the list of Unsupported Banks was outdated, and Insperity has now been removed from it.

We do have a known issue for Insperity at this time that we are aware of, with an alert up that you can follow for updates here:
