Human Interest FDP-105 Constantly happening

HI, I keep getting this issue. I talked with a coach about a week ago and they said that issue was related with the below issue. Yesterday it said it was resolved. I am still getting the same issue. The Username an Password are the correct ones, They work on both HumanInterest website as well as Plaid for a different open banking service I have. It does not seem to be fixed at this point for me.
