Possible Enhancement to Reminders

I have been a long time user of Quicken Classic (since DOS Days). I must admit that getting used to the new paradigm of Simplifi has been a challenge for me. However, I have come to realize that Simplifi is much less "work" than Quicken and I really like the convenience of it being cloud based and shareable. I digress.

All of my recurring bills have reminders that show up in the carousel each month. There may have been a similar feature in Quicken, but I did not use it. I used a calendar based task manager to give me reminders that could be "checked off" as I "took care" of a bill. I like that the Reminders in Simplifi stay in view until the transaction shows up in the register from the bank. What I don't like is that I do not have a way of marking a Reminder to indicate that I have Scheduled the Payment. Has anyone found a process that addresses this issue? I think it would be helpful if we could indicate this status on the Reminder, itself, even if it was only a little chechmark that would tell me not to pay that bill again!

Just wondering if anyone else has any thoughts along these lines.
