New York City Employees Retirement connection broken (edited)

Greetings,

NYCERs connection has been broken for 52 days with no resolution in sight. Have reached out to support through the app and have been told to give it a day or two but it’s been 52.. will this functionality ever return or should I just delete the connection/make it manual?

    Thanks for reaching out! I am not seeing an error code for you from our side. Can you let us know if you are receiving an error code with this bank? If not, what specifically is occurring when you try to connect within Quicken Simplifi?
