Add an "All Flags" option to the Flag Filter menu (edited)

Currently it is possible to select any number of Flags individually, and to unselect all Flags at once by choosing "None." It would be nice to have an additional choice at the top of the menu for "Any Flag" that would select all Flags at once.

People use Flags in different ways, but I use various Flags to mark transactions that I need to check on for one reason or another. Once they are resolved, I remove the Flag. Right now, if I want to make sure I am seeing all transactions that need attention, I have to click on each of the colors that I use individually — even though I can unselect them all with one click. Being able to select them all with one click would be helpful.
