Missing Transactions from Manual Accounts

I recenny transitioned from Quicken Classic to Quicken Simplifi. Everything was going well until one day I notice that my manual accounts (that are not connected to a bank) no longer had any transactions. The filters for the account are clear and are set to show all of my transactions. I have attached an image to this post. Also I can no longer add a transaction to my manual accounts. I receive a message that says "Sorry but we are unable to make your changes." I have attached an image of this error message to this post. I also cannot contribute to my Savings Goals. When I try to make a contribution I receive a message that says "An Error has occured. Please try again." I have attached an image of this error message to this post. Does anyone know what is going on? Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks.

i.e.-My bank connected accounts are fine.

    Are these current or historical accounts? There is or was an option to show transactions since a certain date in the register. If the transactions are llder they may be hidden by this

    Thanks for reaching out! This is certainly a strange issue. To clarify, is this issue affecting all of your manual accounts, or just a single manual account? When did you notice that your transactions were missing? Have you tried in another web browser/incognito mode to verify if the issues you mentioned are present there?

  • Hello Coach Jon. It is affecting all of my manual accounts. I noticed they will missing about two weeks ago. I normally use Chrome but I have tried Edge and they are still missing. I have also tried the iPhone and iPad iOS app and they are still missing. I have also tried incognito mode and they are still missing. Also, I cannot manually add a transaction.

  • Hello RobWilk. These are all current accounts. The filter for all of these manual accounts and set to show all transactions.

    Thanks for clarifying. Are you able to create a manual account? If you can, does creating manual transactions work there? If it does, the fastest and easiest way to resolve this issue would be to recreate your manual accounts. Then you could create a manual transaction within those accounts or even import your transactions. https://support.simplifi.quicken.com/en/articles/4413430-how-to-manually-import-transactions#h_a40057a0e7

    @QuentonL — I don't know if this will help you figure out what is happening, but…

    Do any of your still-functioning accounts contain transactions that are transfers to one of the damaged manual accounts (where all the transactions have disappeared)?

    If so, do any of those existing transfer transactions have a "Go to other side" link as shown below?

  • Thanks DryHeat, When I click "Go to other side" nothing happens. It kind of freezes up. I did try Coach Jon's suggestion and I am able to create a manual account and savings goals.
