The web address for opening a new account for Zeal Credit Union is incorrect. The correct address is:
How do I access it? I was able to access the website with Mint.
Weird how that Zeal address morphed into the advertisement.😳

To clarify, the URL displayed for a bank in Quicken Simplifi is not always the URL used to connect from the backend, so we wouldn't want to focus on that aspect. Instead, when viewing your connection attempts from our end, I see an FDP-195 error with Zeal Credit Union. Do you see this error on your end as well? Also, is this your first time attempting to connect to this bank in Quicken Simplifi, or have you had the account/bank connected in the past?

Here is what it says when I click on it after a lengthy pause:
"Hmmm… can't reach this pageCheck if there is a typo in zealcreditunion.org.
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN"
I just bought Quicken Simplifi and have been setting it up for the last couple of days. So yes, this is the first time I tried to connect through the program. I have tried other apps, Mint…Rocket, that connected to Zeal Credit Union with no issue.
Noticed this…this is a copy and paste from the "add account" from Simplifi

Look at the error I posted above. The error is calling out "zealcreditunion.org"

I haven't canceled Rocket Money yet, so I went to the "add institution" and this is the address that comes up when I typed in Zeal Credit Union:

Although the URL could be causing the issue, again, we would not want to focus on that aspect when troubleshooting here in the Community, as the URL displayed in Quicken Simplifi is not always the URL used to connect from the backend.
With that, we do want to still focus on the specific error received. I don't see any connection attempts from you for Zeal Credit Union since 10/28. Since that was over a week ago, you will need to attempt adding your account in Quicken Simplifi again so we can see the most recent error from our end. Since it sounds like you are seeing some strange messaging in Quicken Simplifi, please also provide a screenshot of the error/message received when attempting to connect within the program.

I don't know what FDP -195 is but here it is.
We are unable to connect to Zeal Credit Union at this time.

I am also unsure about an FDP-195 error; we sadly don't have anything in our knowledge base for this error, so it must be new. At any rate, I can definitely get it escalated to our service provider and advise them of the mismatched URL as well.
First, I do see your new connection attempts today — thank you for that! Before the FDP-195 error, I see an FDP-185 error, which indicates an issue with MFA. Were you prompted for MFA when connecting to this bank in Quicken Simplifi? If so, did you receive the code, and were you able to enter it in Quicken Simplifi?
For the escalation, please share this piece of data:
- A screenshot of the Accounts Summary page from the bank's website that has a wide enough scope to show the full page URL. This is the landing page after signing in, and typically lists all accounts and balances. You will want to take this from a web browser and not a mobile browser, as well as redact any private info such as account numbers.
Please also submit your logs via the 'Send Feedback' option:
- Log in to the Quicken Simplifi Web App.
- Select Profile from the left-hand navigation bar.
- With the Profile menu open, hold down the Option key for Mac or the Alt key for Windows, and then click Send Feedback.Â
- Leave all boxes checked, add a brief description of the issue, and then click Send.

I did have to do an MFA (if that is what entering a code from my phone means). I entered it in Quicken Simplifi.

Since you were able to receive an MFA code from the bank, the connection must be working with your credentials, regardless of the different URL displayed. With that, I did get the FDP-195 error escalated, and I will post back here with updates.
