Savings Goals need an "End Goal" option (edited)

When a recurring series is marked as "End Series" - It is "deleted" for all intents and purposes (you can't see it), but past occurences of it stay "marked as recurring bills".

Something similar should happen with "Savings Goals". There ought to be an "End Savings Goal" option which preserves past month's contributions in the "Spending Plan" but removes the goal from view (similar to "End Recurring Series").

Any positives/negatives/additional/alternative ideas? Put them in comments below

@RobWilk, I believe this is accomplished by completing a Savings Goal. Are you perhaps looking for the ability to manually mark a Savings Goal as "completed", which will preserve all historical data?

I'm more looking for a way to 'abort' a savings goal (to reset and receate it, as we frequently have to do lately) without losing contributions.

But it's more of an 'idea' and not a priority. Just wanted to put this here to see if others also thought this would be useful.
