Reports: Omit All "Zero" Category Lines When Transactions Are Excluded (edited)

In reports like Income & Expense, where there is a line for each Category, Simplifi omits lines for Categories that have no transactions. That eliminates a lot of "all-zero" lines.

But it's different when a Category contains only transactions that have been excluded from reports. In that case, Simplifi displays a line for that Category anyway — with all zeros across the board.

Simplifi should treat a Category with no showable transactions the same as a category with no transactions — by omitting that Category line from the report.
