OceanFirst Bank -- transactions not syncing
I recently connected a newly opened account at OceanFirst Bank to Simplifi and the account balance is updating correctly but none of the transactions in the account are appearing. (Only a single "opening balance" transaction from 10/23/2025 is appearing, but there have been eight other transactions since then that are not showing up.) I tried converting the account to manual and then re-connecting it to Simplifi but that did not resolve the issue.

Thanks for reaching out! To clarify, the account balance is updating, but the transactions themselves are not being downloaded into the account, correct? What type of account is this? It looks like we have a couple of different instances for this bank. Have you tried connecting to one of the alternatives to see if the transactions come in?

@Coach Jon, yes, that's correct, the balance was updating but the transactions were not downloading. This is for a checking account. I just tried changing the connection to the second alternative (OceanFirst Bank NJ) and now the transactions downloaded, so that did the trick. Thank you!
