As the title says. The two cards in question are from different institutions, one of which i have other credit cards with that are showing correctly. One is a chase Amazon card and the other is a PNC Bank rewards card.
Hello @mthoman1,
Thanks for reaching out! I am sorry to hear that this issue is occurring. To clarify further into the issue you are reporting, can you please let us know if the account balances have been reversed in Quicken Simplifi based on what is shown on the bank's website? If you can provide screenshots showing the comparison between the bank website balances and what is shown in Quicken Simplifi, this would definitely help!
I would also see if perhaps establishing a fresh connection by making the accounts manual and re-linking them works to fix the current issue. I know PNC Bank and Chase use an OAuth connection as well, so be sure to navigate to the bank's website, sign in, and then remove Quicken's access from the bank's third-party linked apps before trying the steps below:
Let us know how this goes!

My Chase Amazon card was not doing this, most recent transaction was yesterday.
credits are positive in simplifi and negative on credit cards on the chase website.. chase web site shows a positive balance for debt, simplifi tracks debt as a negative balance.
@mthoman1
Are the two problematic credit card accounts properly listed in Simplifi as "Credit Card"?
In other words, in the list of accounts do they look like this?
