  • I spoke to Pershing today they are not aware of any requested information from quicken simplifi. Classic quicken has bank linking credentials available. Quicken simplifi gave me the runaround, they won't even provide service ticket number, only a post/chat option to add a bank (see attached chat with simplifi support) . Connecting all of my investment accounts is the only reason i bought Quicken simplifi, please resolve this issue.

I see the chats you had regarding this missing financial institution from our side, and can also confirm that I do not see this particular bank/URL within Quicken Simplifi. We can't guarantee if or when we'll be able to add support for a requested bank, but this will allow us to keep you updated with any information that becomes available regarding this request.

  • I spoke to pershing they will contact quicken tomorrow to resolve this quicken simplifi shortcoming. Apparently this is not an issue with quicken classic, have you checked to see if this option is available on quicken ckassic if so why not migrate to simplifi. Your customers will appreciate it. What is the quicken service request ticket number for this bank addition request?

    Thank you for the reply! There will be no ticket number assigned to this request. Regarding the instance that exists in Quicken Classic but not in Quicken Simplifi, it's important to note that these are two distinct programs that operate differently when connecting to financial institutions.     My Pershing LLC account (Empower Investment account) mysteriously stopped connecting. I could not reconnect - got a message that institution was not available at this time. Upon further investigation, Pershing LLC seems to have completely vanished from the list of institutions. What's going on here? This is the URL mentioned above "https://investor.pershing.com/"

    Thanks for reaching out! I can also confirm that I do not see this particular bank/URL within Quicken Simplifi. As for Empower, we do have a couple of other instances that may work if you want to try connecting with one of those.

    The problem is that Pershing LLC (https://investor.pershing.com/) was an option until very recently. I have now lost connection and the option has been removed. Why? Without this, I have no way to connect to my investment accounts.

    Last week Ihad a call with Pershing VP of wealth services engineering and Simplifi IT support to try to resolve this issue. [removed - unverified]

    Thanks for the reply. I cannot see that instance from our side in our list of available instances, so I am unfortunately unsure why it may have been removed. If one of the other instances I posted previously does not work for you, I would vote for and follow the idea post here.

    None of the Empower instances connect to my accounts.

    Pershing LLC seemed to have disconnected/disappeared with web release 4.85.0. Is that possible?

    I'm at a dead end with this now. Any other info on this Coach Jon?

    Was able to reconnect after a conversation with Pershing Tech Team. The problem/solution is that Pershing changed the name and url of their login. It has been changed to "NetExchange Investor" (search for netexchange)
