Ascensus - RPLink FDP-102
I have tried seemingly everything to connect my Ascensus 401k to Simplifi, and nothing so far has worked. Logging in as either the plan administrator or plan participant (separate logins), I'm prompted for login, then password, then security question, and I get the below error.
This happens on the weekend as well as during market hours, so, I don't think the problem is hours or timing. Since I do get the security question, I also don't think the problem is login (and I'm able to log in with both credentials directly on the ascensus site).
What steps can I take to try and fix this?

Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. To help troubleshoot, please provide additional information. When did you first notice this issue? Was this account previously connected and working, or have you never been able to successfully add the account?
