    The Check # field is missing on the Android app. Is there any timeline for a fix? I have version 5.43.0, which appears to be the latest update according to the Android Play Store. Thank you.

    Thanks for reaching out! I was able to confirm from my side that the Check # field is still available within the Quicken Simplifi mobile application. It should be available in the Transaction Detail view when selecting a transaction.

    Can you please confirm whether you are missing this field within the Transaction Detail view?

    Hello @L McGregor ,

    Thanks for providing a screenshot to show the issue from your side. Have you noticed this issue in all transactions, or only certain transactions? If you uninstall the mobile application and then reinstall, does the field then show up as intended?

    I'm having the same issue. I uninstalled the app, reinstalled and I'm still unable to see any check numbers.

    Hello @micwise,

    Thank you for the reply. Can you also provide a screenshot from within the mobile application on your side showing that the Check # field is missing for you within the Transaction Detail view? And can you please confirm that this is happening with all transactions?

    Additionally, please let us know what type of device you are using the mobile application with, as well as the version of the mobile application you are on.

    If you can send logs, this would also be helpful!

    1. Log in to the Quicken Simplifi Web App.
    2. Select Profile from the left-hand navigation bar.
    3. With the Profile menu open, hold down the Option key for Mac or the Alt key for Windows, and then click Send Feedback.
    4. Leave all boxes checked, add a brief description of the issue, and then click Send.

    I'm on a Pixel 7a with Simplifi 5.43. The check number is missing from all transactions I have looked at. Here's a screenshot of one of them.

    Thanks for the screenshot. It looks like the logs we requested previously in this thread have not been sent yet. If you could send those over and let us know, we can work on escalating this issue.

    Our product team has implemented a fix for this issue that should be released with Quicken Simplifi Mobile Release 5.45.0. Be sure to let us know if the issue is fixed for you when that version is released.
