Include all categories when exporting reports, even if they haven't been used (edited)

Requesting a feature that allows you to export Income & Expense report with all categories listed even if they haven't been used during the time period. Use case is I'm trying to make a forward looking budget off of 2025 actuals. But if something hasn't been used in the last 12 months, there is no easy way to plug that in and make sure the format aligns the next time I want to go through the exercise.

Well, this is gonna be hard because many other users don't want to see categories that are not used. 😀

I am taking a wait and see attitude for now. But I tend toward the latter position.

Some (but not all) reports have an option to hide or show the cents digits. (It would be better if all had this option.)

Something similar could be done with Categories — an option to either hide or show Categories that have no transactions in the period. That should satisfy all users.
