CIT Bank N.A request-body-field error

I'm receiving Care Code:request-body-field when trying to log into CIT Bank. I've reset my password to see if that would help with no luck. Confirmed credentials were entered correctly. Any suggestions on what's causing the error and how to resolve?

    I'm getting the same error. It's been a couple days. I've tried all the usual reset and make manual and changing password and nothing is working.

    Same here, login works at bank, but fails with Simplifi.

    same here - error for last 3-4 days. Tried resetting and re-adding with no success, same error.

    Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. To help us further investigate this, please send logs. To send logs, please follow these steps:

    1. Log into the Quicken Simplifi Web App.
    2. Select Profile from the left-hand navigation bar.
    3. With the Profile menu open, hold down the Option key for Mac or the Alt key for Windows, and then click Send Feedback
    4. Leave all boxes checked, add a brief description of the issue, and then click Send.
