Manually updating TSP Investments with number of shares/cost each payperiod

I just started using Simplifi about a week ago and I love it. I came from Monarch, and the fact they don't allow you to easily see projected balances drove me away, even after promising to do so for so long.

Anyhow, I have had Simplifi download updates for my TSP account, but I'm still having some problems. I want to track the performance of my investments, but it resets the total cost every time I have it download. This causes two problems - 1, I have to update it every single time it downloads/updates to what it was last time. Luckily, I had recently transferred my holdings into a single fund so I knew the total cost. But now, we new transactions taking place, I cannot update the entries to buying shares so I can track the performance, because it will not recognize the manual name I entered for the fund since I could not find it listed as one of the ones available within the program (G Fund, C Fund, S Fund, I Fund, etc.) How can I do this? It won't let me override the fund being purchased with what I have set up. Or will it allow me and I'm missing something?

i think I figured it out. For some reason I’m having an easier time doing it on the iOS app versus the website version

    Hello @grahamtj01,

I'm glad to hear you figured it out! To help others encountering the same issue, are you able to share what you did in the app to correct the issue?
