My Savings Account downloaded this morning and showed a $0.00 balance!!!

Just so the other users will know that I empathize with you when Simplifi doesn't behave as expected, this is what happened to me this morning.

I did my update and a little later I noticed my Net Worth had taken a big hit! I knew that didn't make sense so I started investigating and discovered that our Money Market with about 25% of our life savings gave the balance as $0.00.

Even though I knew it was wrong, it still is a frightening thing. Quicken Classic reported the balance correctly so I knew it was an error in Simplifi. I hovered over the the balance in the upper righthand corner and discovered the problem. Simplifi was reporting that my balance had pending transactions totaling my actual balance.

So say the account had $100,000.00, Simplifi reported that and pending transactions totaling -$100,000.00!

The checking account from the same bank was correct by the way. I reset the bank connection, and that fixed it. I've since done another refresh and it has stayed right.

Just one of those glitches that one can never explain. 🤔
