Reconnecting to my bank only gives the option to add accounts (edited)

Received the following message for one of my banks with multiple accounts:
When I try to reconnect, the system is only giving me the option to add accounts. If I don't add an account, which already exists in Quicken Simplifi, I can't progress out of the window.
Do I add all of the accounts again?

Here are a few ideas:
- Make all accounts with this institution manual before reconnecting to the institution. If that allows you to proceed then carefully link your bank accounts with the corresponding QS accounts. See this page for instructions to change connected accounts to manual accounts.
- I have also found that sometimes I needed to go to the bank site and delete the Quicken connection from my account. Then try the reconnect process.
- I have also found that using Incognito or InPrivate browser mode can make a difference when trying to reconnect.

@DannyB Many thanks for your response! That sounds like a good approach and one that I think I can handle. One way or another, I'll post once I try and let you know how it goes.
