Also, the ability to add documents such as the Certificate of Fictious Name, IRS Letter for EIN, various County/Locality documents, would be beneficial. These documents would then be able to be referenced with the business. Also, when this file is shared with the Account, these documents would be available.

NOTE: Accounts tag was selected as there was not an appropriate tag to select.

I like being able to attach receipts, etc., to individual Transactions. That's a logical place to keep them.

But I don't think I would attach files to a Business in Simplfi very often. The file attachments system Simplifi uses is a flat list where you view some kinds of documents but you have to download them to do much else. Editing a document involves downloading, deleting, and replacing. I find it much easier to keep business documents (for multiple businesses) in an organized folder/subfolder system in my local and cloud computer storage.

I don't think Simplifi is intended to be a document management system, and I don't think it will ever serve that purpose very well.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
