Is there a way that I, or your programmers, can stop these annoying pop-ups asking for ratings/feedback etc?
My guess is that they could but probably won't. How often do you get them? It seems not that often to me, but I mainly use the web app. I do see them there though from time to time. Sometimes I respond to them and other times not depending on whether I have something new to say. Usually they are to respond to a new feature so I try to answer those.
I get them for most apps on the iPhone, where they want you to give a review for the App Store.
@SRC54
It's not frequent, but often enough that I decided to ask about it. Not an end of the world issue for sure, ha!
I'll keep an eye out to see if they get too frequent and I'll add my voice to yours if they do.
I actually get more annoyed at Quicken emails that ask me every other day to buy something else like that Life Documents thing. I don't want it.
They offered me a chance to upgrade to Quicken Classic Premier for a reduced price so I tried but it wasn't a reduced price by the time I got to the pay window. I didn't need it. I would drop Quicken Deluxe if Simplifi had a restore/backup option. I pay for Deluxe to have the backup.
The older I get the more little things annoy me. I sometimes feel like Clint Eastwood sitting on the porch hollering "get off my lawn!". But to be honest, I pay for this service so I would rather not be solicited for reviews and other marketing topics. If they want me to sell their product for them they can pay me.
In Quicken Classic settings, you can turn off promotions, which I have done, but it doesn't do any good. No such setting in Simplifi.
@TheReal702, I would also recommend adding your feedback to the following Idea post so our product team can review it as an additional use case.
Thanks!
Thank you @Coach Natalie I wasn't aware of the other post.
