Haven't been able to connect to NYSDCP for almost a month now. What's going on quicken?

When checking your connection attempts from our end, I see that you're receiving an FDP-102 error with New York State Deferred Compensation. I also see that this issue is a known issue with our service provider. While the issue is being worked on, we have created a Community Alert you can follow for updates:
