Connection to CIT bank is not working again

Issue:

"NEW 11/30/25: CIT Bank - CP_Server_Error"

It was fixed and worked for few days; now it does not work again!

    @michaelfurman, thanks for posting to the Community with this issue!

    When checking your connection attempts from our end, I'm not seeing the CP_Server_Error with CIT Bank. I am not seeing any error at all, in fact. However, if that's the error you're seeing from your end, I can confirm that the Alert for that issue is still open and ongoing:

    As soon as the issue is officially resolved, we will be sure to update the Alert, so you will want to ensure you are following along there for updates.
