This was it, thank you. Apparently some hidden entry got put in for the 31st and overriding it for that day specifically fixed the history. We'll see if this glitches again at the end of this month

The text I have copied in is exactly as it is (I ran cat <filename>.csv in the command line). I've updated it to be on the 31st:
    Date,Amount
    12/31/25,-350395.16

    This has no effect.

    Hello @jonoruss,

Thanks for the response! Is the same issue happening that happened before when you tried importing? It looks like you were able to find the culprit last time. Be sure to follow these exact options as advised last time:

    • If you're creating your own CSV file, you must ensure your spreadsheet uses the exact same column headers we've provided on the template and that your dates and amounts are formatted exactly like the examples.
      • The date format should be as M/D/YY (i.e., 1/1/22).
      • The amount fields should not include dollar signs or commas.
      • All fields should be filled in; empty fields can lead to issues.
      • Negative amounts should have a negative sign in front of the number, or they'll import as positive amounts.

Yes. I have shown you the exact contents of the csv file (above), can you highlight, specifically, what is formatted incorrectly with it?

    Hello @jonoruss,

Can you please supply the CSV file you are trying to import? You can send this via DM to me.

    Thank you!

Ok, so I've mentioned that there's an error in your reports system that makes up values for my mortgages, mostly right after I've made a payment. You've said to reach out "if it happens again" (it happens most months), so I'd like to reach out and say: It's happening again, this time with a different mortgage account I have.

I know you're receiving the right information from my bank, because when I go to:
Dashboards → Accounts → Liabilities → Home Loan → Beach House Mortgage, I get the correct value:
    -$288,239.65

    However, when I go to:
Reports → Net worth → Debt → Home Loan → Beach House Mortgage → February 2026, I get this value:

    $443,156.94

Before you ask, it's doing this across multiple devices, both on the website on a laptop, and within the iOS app. This, of course, doesn't make any sense. In addition to the fact that the value is totally random, it's positive (for a mortgage?). This makes my reported net worth about $600k greater than it should be.

Is there anything I can do right now, while it's glitching, to retrieve logs or other debugging information, to send to you guys, so that way you can analyze the problem?
