Empower - pension and HSA not pulled in

    I have had nothing but problems with Empower and I've tried all sorts of reconnections/change to manual and re-add/etc. It's finally pulling in the 401k part, but doesn't give me the option to select the pension balance and HSA balance that it normally has also pulled in.

    Hello @tommerdahl,

    Thanks for reaching out! To clarify the issue, Empower is no longer pulling in your HSA or pension accounts when it used to in Quicken Simplifi, correct? What type of account is your pension account? Has there been any activity in the accounts in the last 90 days? Let us know!
