Home Value Change is not a Transaction

A home value change is not a transaction or adjustment. The details only have my home address, not any notation that it's a notification of value change.

The home value is a standalone feature and has no business being in the transaction table. Or at least should be flagged as such. Worse, the amount equals a credit caed balance. I had to pull up two banks, one credit card just to be 97% sure (after checking valuation). The transaction detail mentions a statement. That's not helpful.
