Ability to create a new Recurring Series from the Reminders carousel (edited)

I think it would be really useful if we could add a new Reminder directly from the carousel of reminders/recurring/upcoming transactions that shows above the transactions list when looking at all/some accounts. Sometimes when I want to create a reminder, I enter it as a pending, future transaction, but sometimes I would prefer it to be left as an (overdue) reminder when the date arrives instead of having it turn back to a pending transaction.

I know I can go to the spending plan and then in the Income or Bills section I can create the reminder, but it would be less steps to do it from the Transactions list. And where do you go to enter a new recurring Transfer? I would guess Bills but it's not intuitive…
