It comes up and says OOPS, we're sorry. It's done this for 2 week now.. so Simplifi is useless to me. Is there a way to fix this?

Thanks for reaching out! Can you supply a screenshot of the error from your side? I would also see if trying from another web browser/incognito mode works to resolve the issue you are seeing. Let us know!

If you're in the mobile app, the easiest thing to try to fix it is to uninstall/reinstall the app.
As per web, I know VPN's didn't used to be supported (I don't know if that still is the case), and like @Coach Jon suggested, incognito mode or another browser would confirm if maybe you have a bad cookie/cache in which case clearing cookies or cache might fix the issue.
The other possibility, of course, is something got corrupted when your account was set up, and perhaps (?) they need to do something on their end to fix that. I don't often hear of that kind of thing recently, though.
