Nordstrom Card Not Connecting (care code: FDP-101)

I have not been able to get my Nordstrom Card to refresh. It does prompt me for the multi-factor authentification, I get a text message, enter the code, and then it spins and comes up with an error message.

Thanks for reaching out! We are aware of a known issue with Nordstrom Card at this time in Quicken Simplifi. We have learned that Nordstrom Card is at a full block, and the issue was determined to be on the bank's end. At this juncture, we recommend users who are experiencing this issue contact the bank directly to help make them aware of the impact and push things along from that end.
