Fidelity HSA account no longer added to Simplifi
Reopening this discussion, since comments were disabled.
I have exactly the same issue. I tried the suggested fixes. I made all the Fidelity accounts manual, then I reconnected Fidelity and saw the list of all three of my accounts, including the HSA. I checked all of them, went through the steps, and at the final step received a message that two of my accounts (excluding the HSA) can be connected to Simplifi.
I understand that Simplifi can't download transactions from the HSA. I would be OK with just an accurate balance, but I can't connect this account at all.
I also saw a proposed solution to connect through the "Finicity" bank option. But when I tried to search for Finicity while adding a new account, there was no such option.

@mariafed, thanks for reaching out to the Community with this issue!
To clarify, the prior discussion is quite old and is not something we'd reference for a new report of the issue. With that, however, the thread does have some good suggestions to try, such as using the Finicity option for Fidelity, as you mentioned. The Finicity option for Fidelity is available under "Fidelity Investments".
Since it sounds like your Fidelity accounts are already in Quicken Simplifi, the best way to switch them to the Finicity option would be to follow these steps:
- Make all of the accounts with this bank manual by following the steps here.
- Once you see the account(s) listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank using the Finicity option.
- Carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here.
Let us know how things go!
