More generic/top level Planned Spend (edited)

Maybe this is something you can do already, but in my opinion, my finances fluctuate a lot from month to month, I'd really just love a general percentage of my income to be set on discretionary spending vs saving vs investing. that way I can just track towards that goal and I don't really need to track against Home expenses vs Gifts, or groceries.. etc..etc..

I realize not everyone wants that, but having the option would be great.
