Is there a way to show a positive balance as negative? (edited)

I have a bank credit card - Master Card from Greenstate Credit Union in Iowa. They post there balance as a positive number and it uploads to Simplifi as a positive number as well. The transactional entries are correct but what comes into Simplifi is a positive number.

Can I change it to a negative value so it is correct without changing the account to a manual account as the Simplifi AI magical answer person suggests?

    @Jeeves, thanks for posting your inquiry to the Community!

    If the account is connected to the bank, the aggregation will determine the balance. This means that, no, you cannot change a positive balance to a negative balance on a connected account. And the only way you'd be able to do this for a manual account is via the transactions that are in the register.

    With that, however, it looks like you were recently troubleshooting this issue. You might want to post a reply back on that thread if you'd like to continue doing so. I can't promise we'd be able to fix it if the bank is sending the data that way, but I think we can definitely get the issue escalated to find out for sure.
