Ability to lock past months in the Spending Plan (edited)

It would be great if once a month has passed I could personally lock it. For example: In December I put more into my savings goal for Travel then budgeted and it threw off the monthly plan, so I excluded it. In January I re-included it in my spending/saving plan, but now my December looks largely negative as if I 'overspent'. This makes using historical data difficult.

No only to lock on a monthly but a year basis for the transactions and such.
