Nordstrom Card Services not connecting and Manual download is reversing transation amounts

I have not been able to to connect to Nordstrom Card Services since Nov 8, 2025. I finally resorted to manually downloading the transactions from Nordstrom. When I manually downloaded the transactions from Nov 8, 2025 to today (Jan 6, 2026), all the amounts were reversed in Simplifi. The amounts were correct in the CSV file, but they were reversed in Simplifi with credits becoming debits and debits becoming credits. This is such a mess to manually bring in all the transactions and then to have to edit each transaction since the amount is incorrect.
