Thrivent Financial error code FDP-101
I am trying to add a Thrivent Financial account. I am able to get and enter the MFA code, but then I get a FDP-101 error code. Please advise.

Hello @mglam2304,
Thank you for reaching out! I can see from our side that you have been experiencing this FDP-101 error code for a while now. Have you ever been able to connect with Thrivent Financial in Quicken Simplifi? Can you also provide the following information?
- The name of the account(s), as it appears on the bank's website.
- Has there been any recent changes made to the bank's website or its sign-in process?
- What type of account(s) are you attempting to connect in Quicken Simplifi?
- A screenshot of the Accounts Summary page from the bank's website that has a wide enough scope to show the full page URL. This is the landing page after signing in, and typically lists all accounts and balances. You will want to take this from a web browser and not a mobile browser, as well as redact any private info such as account numbers.
We will also need logs to be sent:
- Log in to the Quicken Simplifi Web App.
- Select Profile from the left-hand navigation bar.
- With the Profile menu open, hold down the Option key for Mac or the Alt key for Windows, and then click Send Feedback.
- Leave all boxes checked, add a brief description of the issue, and then click Send.

Hello Jon,
Attached is the screenshot of the Thrivent mutual fund landing page. I have also sent the logs as instructed above.
I have added this account in the past but it has stopped updating in the past few months. When I try to refresh, I do get prompted for the MFA code and it is sent to me. I get the pop up box in Simplify to enter the code but still get the FDP-101 error.

Hello @mglam2304,
Thank you for the screenshot and logs! It looks like we still need some information I requested previously, however. We will still need to know if there have been any recent changes made to the bank's website or its sign-in process, and can you please confirm the type of account(s) you are attempting to connect in Quicken Simplifi? I see one of the accounts from the screenshot is an IRA, but I am unsure what the 'Joint Tenants' account type is. Let us know!

Hello @mglam2304,
Thanks for the requested information! I did escalate this issue with our service provider and will be sure to post any status updates here going forward.
In the meantime, you can track the account manually by adding manual transactions, which will keep your records up-to-date. Here are the steps to do so: Managing Transactions in Quicken Simplifi | Quicken Simplifi Help Center
