I am trying to add a Thrivent Financial account. I am able to get and enter the MFA code, but then I get a FDP-101 error code. Please advise.

Attached is the screenshot of the Thrivent mutual fund landing page. I have also sent the logs as instructed above.
I have added this account in the past but it has stopped updating in the past few months. When I try to refresh, I do get prompted for the MFA code and it is sent to me. I get the pop up box in Simplify to enter the code but still get the FDP-101 error.

Thank you for the screenshot and logs! It looks like we still need some information I requested previously, however. We will still need to know if there have been any recent changes made to the bank's website or its sign-in process, and can you please confirm the type of account(s) you are attempting to connect in Quicken Simplifi? I see one of the accounts from the screenshot is an IRA, but I am unsure what the 'Joint Tenants' account type is. Let us know!
Joint account is a mutual fund.

I am back with an update from our service provider on this issue! They have implemented a possible fix and would like you to first log in to your bank's website and access your accounts there, and then try connecting once more in Quicken Simplifi afterward. Let us know how this goes!
