Transactions download ok, but the balance, on 2 US Bank credit cards, show as zero.

Thanks for reaching out! To help us clarify your issue a bit more, can you confirm if you noticed this issue with the balance occurring with existing accounts that were already in Quicken Simplifi? Or did you recently add these accounts and notice the balance was $0 after adding them? I would see if the following steps work to resolve the issue you are seeing here:
