EQ Bank - Error FDP-187
Hello, after opening an additional account at EQ Bank and adding it to Simplifi yesterday; today, I am unable to successfully connect to EQ Bank. I get the following screen. I have disconnected the account(s) and tried re-connecting the account(s) with no success. If I delete the Institution and re-add it will I lose all the account transaction data? Please let me know how to resolve. Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out! From our side, I can see that you are experiencing an FDP-187 error starting today as well. Users will generally receive this error when they have entered an invalid multi-factor authentication code. The error typically resolves itself within 24-48 hours. Can you verify the following information to better assist us?
- Is Quicken Simplifi asking you to complete MFA?
- Are you receiving the code?
- What method are you using (SMS, call, etc.)?

Yes, I receive the code via text message and complete MFA. Today’s results are different than yesterday. Successful connection is established with the bank and my accounts are presented for reconnection (see first screen image).
However, when I select the ‘pencil’ to edit the account and then choose the option to link it to an existing account (second screen shot), the down arrow does nothing; it seems to be totally inactive. I cannot link these accounts to the existing ones with their data already in Simplifi.If I make the accounts manual, then delete and re-create the institution and connect would I be able to link the manual accounts to the bank? Please advise. Thanks!
