It was working for me until Investor 360 updated their MFA to another solution. I wonder if that it what broke the integration. I also would really like this to be resolved as the investment accounts are a big part of providing the value in using this platform.

This is very annoying that it stopped working. Can we get a status update on when it will be back?

This institution has come and gone consistently throughout the few years I have used the app. Had been available quite a while until sometime in November 2025, and IS STILL not again available. This is a an overwhelming majority of the information I am paying for being able to track, and honestly, should be reimbursed for your complete disregard of your customer’s concerns. To have to post in a forum instead of speaking to a representative is all the evidence one needs to justify the decision to cancel your “service”.

Investor 360 is no longer listed in search for institution. Stopped automatically updating in November 2025. Please correct this. I switched to Simplifi 2 years ago because of supporting my investments through Investor 360.

Same here. Lack of response is ridiculous. Posting in this forum as the only means of communication with them is also ridiculous. Will definitely not be renewing my subscription if this and OnePay support aren’t restored/added.
