My Paypal credit account was missing transaction for months. In October it finally updated. No transactions have downloaded since October, however the balance is always up to date. Please fix this.

Thanks for reaching out! Let's see if the following steps work to resolve the issue with your transactions not downloading:
If you have any transactions older than 90 days that haven't been downloaded into Quicken Simplifi, you should know that most banks only allow you to download 90 days' worth of data per account. If your missing transactions are older than that, they will not automatically download into Quicken Simplifi. Didn't work. It says all the accounts from this bank are already added. Obviously since the card balance is updating, it is connecting to the card but failing to update the transactions.

To clarify, since you said the balance is updating, did you make the accounts manual before trying to reconnect them?
