No PayPal transactions have downloaded since October

My Paypal credit account was missing transaction for months. In October it finally updated. No transactions have downloaded since October, however the balance is always up to date. Please fix this.

Thanks for reaching out! Let's see if the following steps work to resolve the issue with your transactions not downloading:
- Make all of the accounts with the bank manual by following the steps here.
- Once you see the account(s) listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
- If the connection is successful, carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here.
If you have any transactions older than 90 days that haven't been downloaded into Quicken Simplifi, you should know that most banks only allow you to download 90 days' worth of data per account. If your missing transactions are older than that, they will not automatically download into Quicken Simplifi. Older transactions can also be imported into Quicken Simplifi using a CSV file, if your bank allows this.
