Thanks for posting your experience to the Community!
When it comes to the Chat Support window, if it's blocking the steps that you need to perform, you can just close out of it, and then when you're done, you can open the Help Center back up and you'll still have the same chat going.
With that being said, if you'd like, we can totally turn this post into an Idea post requesting the ability to move the chat window around on the screen when needed so that other Users can vote on it -- just let me know!

When I am searching tips and help, I want to be able to move the Help dialog box in order to perform operations that I am being tutored on.

Suggestion. Instead of moving the chat window inside a page, you can provide the ability to pop it out to it's own window.

I would also like the chat window to be movable! Your tips can be quite lengthy and I can not remember all those steps. It is very aggravating. I am having to take several pictures to capture the instructions.

Or just add a minimize icon, because clicking X feels like it will exit the conversation.

Agree with all of the above complaints / suggestions. Doubtful anything will be done as it's been 2 years and 3 months since the first post.

When chatting with your reps to resolve an account issue, the chat window blocks my access to the pop-up menus under the "…" buttons next to the accounts. See all the red circles on the picture. I can't find a way to move the chat window up or to the right to be able to see the menus. I'm on a Mac running iOS 26.2 if it matters.
In order to get around this I had to chat in one browser and do the work in another browser.

I second this. I should be able to move the window around so I can unblock the parts of the main page hidden. Alernatively make the chat part of the main page and push the rest over. The latter is not idea, moving the chatbox is very much preferable.

I meant move it to the LEFT. Not right. It’s already on the right. :-)

100% - the ability to move the chat around to unblock whatever I want to look at would be a very useful feature.
