New OAuth Connection with Franklin Templeton

Franklin Templeton will be launching a new OAuth API connection later today. This connection will appear as a new presence in Quicken Simplifi. Existing accounts with Franklin Templeton in Quicken Simplifi will not be migrated to the new OAuth connection automatically.

To change to the new presence with any existing Franklin Templeton accounts in Quicken Simplifi, users will need to follow the steps below:

1. Make all of the accounts with the bank manual by following the steps here.
2. Once you see the account(s) listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
3. If the connection is successful, carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here.
