NEW 1/22/26: Multi-Factor Authentication Codes not being received with Microsoft Outlook

We are seeing an issue where users are unable to receive multi-factor authentication codes via email with Microsoft Outlook due to a known issue with Microsoft. Users may switch to the phone option when selecting how to receive their code, or wait until the Microsoft issue is resolved.

This is a known issue that we are working to resolve as quickly as possible. We currently have no ETA to provide on when a resolution can be expected, but we will post updates as soon as we do.
